The client

Set in Mumbai’s fast-transforming Kala Ghoda neighbourhood, Rue du Liban serves food inspired by the Levant; the historic Eastern Mediterranean region synonymous with tabbouleh, hummus and baba ghanoush. Small plates, big hearts and age-old recipes that taste fresher than ever.

The challenge

The restaurant required a brand refresh to communicate their distinct offer to an increasingly discerning audience. We crafted a rich brand story and atmospheric assets to further align the existing identity to the restaurant’s sumptuous interiors.

Through a redesigned website, we brought the brand story to life; uniting a sophisticated look and feel, evocative of the faded glamour of the region, with a functional responsive platform. 

The outcome

Described by Condé Nast as a 'sexy new date-night spot', Rue du Liban has quickly established itself at the forefront of Mumbai's burgeoning food scene.
